LIW rollout for new ballast ball |
The next generation of the popular BOSU stability ball, the BOSU Ballast Ball, was unveiled by Physical Company at Leisure Industry Week (LIW). By adding a multi-dimensional load, BOSU have created a weighted (5lb) stability ball that incorporates audible, visual and kinaesthetic references in a move to make total body training more versatile. The unstable load inside the translucent ball shifts when it is moved, which is claimed to produce a more dynamic resistance during lifting and shifting. It has been revealed that Virgin Active have already introduced the BOSU Ballast Ball to their health clubs around the country. Close Window |
